Our Birth & Postpartum Services

We offer four core doula services, each available on its own or combined to fit your needs. Every package includes a complimentary consultation and flexible payment plans - because thoughtful support should be within reach for every family in our community.

Birth Doula Support - Essential & Extended

Our birth doula packages provide dedicated prenatal preparation, continuous support throughout labor and delivery, and gentle care in the hours that follow. From your first contraction to your first moments with your baby, we offer hands-on comfort measures, evidence-based information, and calm reassurance - in a hospital, a birth center, or at home. The Essential Birth Package ($1,500) includes prenatal preparation, continuous labor support, and immediate postpartum care, while the Extended Birth Package ($1,800) adds additional in-home postpartum follow-up to ease your transition home.

Postpartum Doula Care

The weeks after birth can be as demanding as they are joyful. Our postpartum doula care ($40–45/hr, daytime or overnight) brings in-home support for newborn care, infant feeding, recovery, and rest - so you can heal and bond with your baby. We help with everything from soothing techniques to light household support, offering a reassuring presence as you find your footing as a parent.

Placenta Encapsulation

Many parents choose placenta encapsulation ($350) to support their postpartum recovery. Prepared with care and safe-handling standards, your placenta capsules can be added to any package. Many families report benefits such as improved mood, steadier energy, and a smoother recovery.

Lactation & Feeding Support

Feeding your baby should not feel overwhelming. Our lactation and feeding support meets you where you are - whether you are breastfeeding, pumping, combination-feeding, or formula-feeding - with patient, judgment-free guidance to help you and your baby thrive.
